Cookies Made From Brownie Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (18–20 oz) box brownie mix

½ cup all-purpose flour

⅓ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

Optional Mix-Ins

½ cup chocolate chips

½ cup chopped nuts

¼ cup caramel bits

1 teaspoon instant espresso powder

½ cup crushed cookies

Instructions:

Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the brownie mix and flour until well combined.

Add Wet Ingredients: Add the vegetable oil and eggs to the dry mixture. Stir until a thick dough forms. If you're using any mix-ins, fold them in at this stage.

Portion the Dough: Scoop out 1.5-tablespoon portions of dough, rolling them gently into balls if necessary. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake: Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers appear slightly underdone.

Cool: Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips:

For Fudgier Cookies: Slightly underbake the cookies by reducing the baking time by 1–2 minutes.

Extra Decadence: Press a chocolate candy into the center of each cookie immediately after baking.

Freezing the Dough: You can scoop and freeze unbaked cookie dough balls for up to 3 months. Bake from frozen, adding an extra minute to the baking time.

Enjoy your Cookies Made From Brownie Mix.
