HOMEMADE BREAD ROLLS RECIPE

 

INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH:

500 g flour

280 ml warm water

8 g dry yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

30 g powdered milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

2 tablespoons olive oil

50 g butter

 

 

TOPPING:

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Dried parsley or oregano

Fill as desired

 






DIRECTIONS:

1. In a bowl mix water, yeast, sugar, milk and egg.

2. Then add oil, flour and butter.

3. Mix well and form a soft and uniform dough.

4. Let it rest for an hour, then divide the dough into portions of 150 g each.

5. Form the buns and let them rest for an hour.

6. Then cover them with the topping and bake at 180° for 15/20 minutes.

7. Once cooked, fill with your favorites.
