Mini buns with chicken stuffing: the no-bake recipe to make them soft and savory.
These mini single-portion stuffed
buns are absolutely perfect to feed a crowd!
Here's how you can prepare them in no time:
INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE DOUGH:
300
g of flour
200
g of semolina flour
8 g
of dry brewer's yeast

tbsp of sugar
2
tbsp of olive oil
1
tbsp of milk powder (optional)
300
ml of water
1
tsp of salt

FOR THE STUFFING:
450-500
g of chicken breast
2
minced garlic cloves
1
tsp of salt
1
tsp of spices
1/2
tsp of pepper
Cumin
Ginger
50
ml of olive oil
Tomatoes
Olives
Salad
Corn
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Dissolve yeast into a little bit of water.
2.
Then add sugar, oil, milk powder, semolina flour and flour.
3.
Knead and stir in salt and water, a little bit at a time.
4.
Cover the dough with some plastic wrap and let rise for 40-60 minutes.
5.
Now start preparing the stuffing: dice the chicken and season with salt,
pepper, spices, olive pil and garlic.
6. Flatten
the dough with a rolling pin and cut into some disks.
7.
Cook them in a hot pan turning them until they're golden on both sides.
8.
Let cool.
9.
Meanwhile cook the chicken you made before in a hot pan with no fats added.
10.
Cut the buns in half and stuff them with a parsley mayonnaise, salad, tomatoes,
corn, olives and chicken.
11.
