Banana bread is the perfect dessert to serve as a tasty breakfast treat or a great snack.

Add walnuts and chocolate chips to the batter to make it even tastier!

This simple and quick recipe is also a great way of using up bananas that are a bit too ripe.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 Bananas 
  • Lemon juice 
  • 120g Brown sugar 
  • 6g Baking powder 
  • Salt 
  • 200g Flour 
  • Cinnamon q.b. 
  • 2 Eggs
  • a pinch of Baking soda 
  • 120g Butter 
  • Walnuts q.b. 
  • Chocolate chips q.b. 



  

BANANA BREAD WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS METHOD: 

1. Make a banana purea.  

2. Meanwhile, mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs. 

3. Add the bananas to the mixture and mix everything with the flour. 

4. Add baking powder and baking soda.  

5. Finally add nuts and chocolate chips to dare a touch of flavour. 

6. Pour the mixture into a plumcake mold. Place the banana slices on the dough. 

7. Bake at 180° C/ 360° F for 60 minutes.   

8. Serve warm. 

 


BANANA MINI ROLLS


INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana
  • Bread
  • Egg
  • Toothpick
  • Icing sugar
  • Oil
  • Rolling pin

 


BANANA MINI ROLLS METHOD:

1. Cut a banana in three.

2. With the rolling pin, flatten a slice of sliced bread and wrap the cut parts of banana, securing with toothpicks.

3. Dip in the egg and then bread crumbs.

4. Put in oil to achieve a crunchy roll.

5. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
