Eggless fluffy donuts: how to make them very special


INGREDIENTS:

300 g flour

20 g sugar

1/2 tsp of salt

50 g orange juice

130 g water

50 g melted margarine

9 dry yeast

1/2 tbsp of cinnamon and sugar

Corn oil for frying




METHOD:

1. Start mixing flour, sugar, salt, orange juice and water together.

2. Then add the melted margarine and dry yeast.

3. Form a uniform dough and let it rise until doubled in volume.

4. Then divide it into blocks of 60 g each, let them double.

5. Fry them in hot oil and dip them in cinnamon and sugar.

6. Enjoy your Eggless fluffy donuts.

Fluffy braids with sugar: the simple dessert to try right now


INGREDIENTS: 

250g of Manitoba flour 

100g of warm whole milk 

50g of sugar 

40g of melted butter 

10g of fresh brewer's yeast 

1 large egg (about 60g) 

1 sachet of vanillin 

To glaze: 

milk to taste 

granulated sugar to taste




METHOD : 

1. First dissolve the yeast in the milk. 

2. Then add the egg, sugar and vanillin. 

3. Then add flour and melted butter. 

4. Mix all the ingredients and form a soft and sticky dough. 

5. Let it rise for at least 2 hours. 

6. Divide the dough into 6 parts of 80 g each. 

7. Form the braids, brush them with milk and let them rest for an hour. 

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 13/15 minutes. 

9. Glaze the braids and serve them.

10. Enjoy your Fluffy braids with sugar.
