INGREDIENTS:
200g biscuit
100g melted butter
5 eggs
700g cream cheese
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
150g melted chocolate
2 tbsp vegetable oil
40g (1/3 cup) Hazelnut grain
METHOD:
In a bowl mix together crushed biscuits and melted butter, transfer to the baking pan, and press it.
In another bowl mix cream cheese with eggs and sugar.
Pour onto the pressed biscuits. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate and hazelnut grain mixture.
Freeze for 15 minutes.

II. Cookie rolls: let be tempted by a quick and delicious snack!
INGREDIENTS:
50g (2/3 cup) of sugar
20g (3 tbsp) of corn starch
1 egg yolk
250ml (1 cup) of milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100ml (1/2 cup) of milk
270g (2 1/8 cups) of flour
10g of baking powder
30g chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
METHOD:
In a pan on medium heat add sugar, cornstarch, egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until thickness.
In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add vanilla extract, oil, milk, flour, and baking powder.
In a pan make spiral rolls with prepared dough, then top with spiral cream rolls and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
