Sponge ricotta and chocolate chips cake


Sponge ricotta and chocolate chips cake: all the steps to make it amazing.

INGREDIENTS:

3 medium eggs

200 grams of sugar

250 gr of ricotta

240 grams of flour 00

120 gr of sunflower oil

30 gr of rum

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 sachet of vanilla yeast

1 sachet of vanillin

120 gr of chocolate chips

 




METHOD:

Mix the ricotta with the cinnamon and rum. Mix well and form a homogeneous mixture.

Whip the eggs with the sugar and then add the ricotta. Then add oil, yeast, vanilla and flour. Add the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a buttered mold. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 45 minutes.

Enjoy you Sponge ricotta and chocolate chips cake.

plastic cups 

condensed milk

dark melted chocolate 

Greek yogurt

 

METHOD

the plastic cups with melted chocolate and let set.

Mix Greek yogurt with condensed milk. Pour into each chocolate cup and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cover each cup with melted chocolate and freeze for 30 minutes.

Enjoy your Chocolate jars.
