I. LEMON GIANT DONUT: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 lemons

Lemon peel

80 ml lemon juice

4 medium eggs

260 gr sugar

170 ml sunflower oil

170 ml milk

260 gr flour 00

70 gr potato starch

a sachet of baking powder

 



METHOD:

1. Blend the lemon zest and juice together.

2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the oil, lemon paste, milk, flour, starch and yeast.

3. Pour the mixture into the donut mold and bake at 356°F/180° for 35/40 minutes.

II. LEMON DONUT CAKE: the sponge and irresistible dessert to try.


INGREDIENTS:

4 medium eggs

180 grams of sugar

120 gr of sunflower oil

120 gr of yogurt

Zest of 1 organic lemon

80 gr of lemon juice

1 vial of lemon flavoring

1 sachet of vanilla yeast

270 gr of 0/00 flour

 

METHOD:

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar.

2. Then add the oil, yogurt, juice and lemon zest.

3. Add the lemon vial, sifted baking powder and flour.

4. Mix well and pour into the mold.

5. Bake at 175 ° for 40/45 minutes.
