STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE
Strawberry cheesecake: the easy way to make it creamy and delicious
INGREDIENTS:
150 gr of biscuits
80 gr of butter
200 gr of spreadable cheese
200 gr of mascarpone
300 ml of milk
250 ml of cream or milk cream
75 grams of sugar
8 sheets of unflavored gelatin (12 g gelatin powder)
Topping:
300 grams of strawberries
75 grams of sugar and
a tablespoon of vinegar
METHOD:
1. Blend the biscuits and mix them with the butter.
2. Crush them on the bottom of a mold and refrigerate.
3. Put the gelatine to soak.
4. Bring the cheese and mascarpone to the heat, then add the gelatin dissolved in the 300 ml of milk.
5. Let it cool and add the whipped cream with the sugar.
6. Put in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
7. Cook the strawberries with vinegar, sugar and then decorate the cheesecake.
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
Batter:
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
120 g sugar
100 g flour
35 g cocoa
5 g baking powder
70 g milk
Wet:
200 g milk
20 g cocoa
Liquor
Cream:
70 g chocolate + 100 g hot cream
200 g whipping cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
METHOD:
1. Batter: mix the eggs with salt and sugar. Separately mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, add the rest. Finally add the milk and pour the mixture into a mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
2. Bath: mix milk, cocoa and liqueur. Prick the cake and moisten it with the syrup.
3. Cream: melt the chocolate in the hot cream. Separately whip the cream with the icing sugar and add the two compounds.
4. Cover the cake with the cream and serve.
