INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
180 grams of sugar
180 gr of flour 00
METHOD :
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy. Then gradually integrate the sifted flour.
Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mold and bake at 320°F (165°) for 50 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
325g (2 ⅝ cups) all-purpose flour;
120ml (½ cup) warm milk;
30g (2 tbsp) sugar;
2g (1 tsp) salt;
7g dry yeast;
1 egg;
25g (2 tbsp) soft butter.
METHOD:
Whisk warm milk with sugar, egg, and yeast.
Combine salt with flour and add to the liquids.
Knead the dough until smooth and set aside for 10 minutes.
Knead soft butter into the dough.
Set the dough aside for 30 minutes, then cut into pieces and roll each one out.
Roll the dough into cigars and place it on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Set aside for an hour, brush with egg wash before baking.
Bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
