INGREDIENTS:

sandwich bread

mortadella (bologna)

cream cheese

pistachio chopped

METHOD

1. cut crust around sandwich bread. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread.

2. Spread cheese over the sandwich bread.

3. Add bologna and roll. Wrap in plastic.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Cover with cream cheese and decorate with pistachio.

6. Enjoy your Sandwich roll.
