1. PANCAKES BITES
Pancakes bites: the quick recipe for a great snack!
Perfect for a delicious breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
3 large eggs
90g (1/2 cup) sugar
180g (1 1/4 cup) flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
45ml (1/4 cup) milk
100g hazelnut grain
150g hazelnut cream
METHOD:
In a bowl beat well eggs with sugar, add in the flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla extract.
Transfer the mixture to the plastic bottle and make a little hole in the lid.
Add the mixture to a pan, fry the pancakes from both sides until golden brown.
Grease every two pancakes with hazelnut cream and sprinkle from sides with hazelnut grain. Add more hazelnut cream on the top.
Enjoy.
2. BAGHRIR
Baghrir: the Moroccan pancakes ready in just a few steps!
INGREDIENTS:
130g (3/4 cup) of semolina
60g (1/2 cup) of flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) of sugar
3g (1 tsp) of dry yeast
A pinch of salt
280ml (1 1/4 cups) of water
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
METHOD:
In a bowl add the semolina, flour, sugar, salt, yeast, salt, water and mix all together well until the thickness
Add the mixture into the blender and mix at high speed for one minute. Transfer the mixture into the bowl, add the baking powder and mix all well.
Fill a ladle and bake in a pan creating a round shape and wait until the bubbles are created on top.
