MILLE-FEUILLE, the creamy dessert that everyone will love.


INGREDIENTS:

450 gr puff pastry

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 yolk

150 gr sugar

75 gr starch

750 gr milk

240 gr whipping cream





METHOD:

In a saucepan, pour the milk and combine the sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and starch. Stir until it thickens, then add a spoonful of butter and mix. Leave to cool.

Cut the pastry and bake at 190 ° for 25 minutes.

Add the cream to the whipped cream and assemble the cake. Put in the freezer for 2 hours and then serve.
