CREAMY CAKE: the delicious dessert to try right now.



INGREDIENTS:

For the caramel sauce:

200 gr sugar

70 g of water


FOR THE FIRST BATTER:

3 eggs

150 gr condensed milk

200 gr cream

170 gr milk

5 gr vanilla sugar


FOR THE SECOND BATTER:

3 egg yolks

30 gr sugar

40 gr milk

30 gr seed oil

5 gr vanilla sugar

75 gr flour

3 gr baking powder

3 egg whites

1 pinch of salt

45 gr sugar

 






METHOD:

1. First prepare the caramel and pour it into the mold.

2. Mix the eggs with condensed milk, cream, milk and sugar. Strain the mixture into the mold.

3. Let's male the second batter: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, milk, oil, sugar, flour and yeast. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and sugar. Always pour into the mold.

4. Place the mold in a pan and then pour in hot water.

5. Bake at 160° for 90 minutes.

6. Enjoy your Creamy cake.
