BURGER BUNS:
fluffy and fragrant!

Here's how to make the best burger buns of all time!

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 100ml of warm water;
  • 7g of dry yeast;
  • 850g of flour 00;
  • 40g of sugar;
  • 2 yolks;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 240ml of milk;
  • 50g of softened butter;
  • 20g of salt;
  • Sesame seeds;
  • Egg white.








METHOD:

1.Dissolve the dry yeast in 100ml of water to prepare the yeast. Mix it with 100g of flour, knead and let it rest for 1 hour.

2.Add the remaining flour, sugar, egg yolks, whole eggs, milk, and start kneading with the mixer. 3.Add the softened butter and salt and you get a compact and elastic dough.

4.Work the dough a little into a ball on the work surface. Let it rise for 3 hours, or until doubled.

5.Divide the dough into balls and spread them on one side in the sesame seeds.

Transfer the sandwiches to the pan, cover them with a cloth and let them rest for another hour.

6.Dilute the egg white a little with a drop of water and brush it on the sandwiches.

7.Cook them at 190°C/374°F for 15 minutes.

8.Enjoy your Burger buns!
