AIR FRYER BRIOCHE: soft and easy to prepare!
Fluffy and easy to make, the recipe for a delicious air fryer brioche that bakes just 15 minutes.
Mix and match ingredients based on season and much cheaper than buying bread rolls from the bakery!
They can be air-baked in the air fryer or in the oven. You will love them!
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole egg
40g (3 tbsp) sugar
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
240ml fresh milk
60ml cooking oil
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
METHOD:
In a deeper bowl, add egg and sugar, then yeast, milk, and oil, mix everything and add flour, add salt while mixing. Knead a fine dough. Cover the dough and let it rise, to double.
Divide the dough into 9 parts, knead 90 g balls per ball and arrange in an oiled air fryer basket.
Bake the bread in the air fryer at 160°C for 15 minutes.

BEER BREAD: SOFT AND FRAGRANT!
How to make delicious bread using beer!
INGREDIENTS:
560g (4 cups) of flour
7g (2 tsp) of dry yeast
12g (2 tsp) of salt
340ml (1 1/2 cups) of beer
15ml (1 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
METHOD:
In a bowl add the flour add yeast, salt, beer, extra virgin olive oil, and mix all together. When all is well combined knead the dough until smooth.
Grease the bowl with oil and transfer the dough into it. Let it rise for 2 hours or until it doubled.
After time has elapsed knead stretch the dough and knead again to remove the bubbles. Transfer the dough into the oiled bowl and sprinkle with flour on top and let it rise for 40 minutes.
Transfer the dough into the pot with parchment paper and sprinkle with more flour on top.
Bake in the oven at 230°C/450°F for 30 minutes.
