SPINACH SALAD RECIPE AND CHICKEN SCHNITZEL

1. CHICKEN SCHNITZEL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS :

1 cup golden breadcrumbs

½ cup bread crumbs 

1 tsp Knorrox garlic & onion stock powder 

1 tsp paprika 

⅓ cup fresh milk

½ cup flour 

2 tblsp sesame seeds

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper 

Oil




METHOD :

 Heat oil 

Place a piece of chicken between 2 large pieces of plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken 


Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in each of 3 separate bowls. Season flour with salt and pepper, the breadcrumbs with the paprika, sesame seeds and paprika, crack eggs add milk and whisk it lightly.

Coat the chicken first in the flour, then in the egg wash and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in batches, flipping once, until golden brown, for 3 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack set over a baking sheet to drain.


2.SPINACH SALAD RECIPE 



INGREDIENTS:

½ onion chopped 

1 cup red, green, yellow pepper chopped 

1 bunch spinach 

500g chicken livers

1 cup mushrooms 

1 tbsp Knorrox all in one seasoning

1 tbsp mixed spices

Oil 

Salt and pepper 




METHOD :

Fry onions, peppers,mushrooms until soft then add chopped spinach, season with knorrox all in one and cook for 5 minutes/to your satisfaction.. Set aside

Season chicken livers with mixed spices, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes… do not overcook

Allow it to cool then mix everything together and add dressing.


For dressing,in a small bowl whisk together mustard,honey, mayonnaise, plain yoghurt, season with salt and pepper.
