INGREDIENTS:
16-20 pieces Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
3 Tablespoons Sambal Oelek Ground Chili Paste
3/4 cup Potato Starch
2 Egg Whites
NOTES:
If you want an even spicier Air Fryer Spicy Bang Bang Chicken, add a little of the Chili Paste to the Egg White in your Mixing Bowl and Whisk together well.
METHOD:
1. In a small bowl, mix together Mayonnaise, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and Garlic Chili Sauce and set aside.
2. Grease Air Fryer basket with Coconut Oil.
3. Pat dry chicken pieces and then place in a bowl with egg whites. Coat well.
4. Remove Chicken Wings to a large bowl and toss with Potato Starch. Using tongs, shake off excess Potato Starch and place Wings in Air Fryer.
5. Cook at 380 degrees for 25 minutes. After 5 minutes, use a large silicone spoon to toss the Wings. Repeat several more times. After 25 minutes, turn Air Fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 5 more minutes, shaking or turning often.
6. Place Chicken Wings in a large bowl and toss with Bang Bang Sauce. Garnish with lots of chopped Scallions.
7. Enjoy your Air Fryer Spicy Bang Bang Chicken Wings.
