I. DEVILED EGG RECIPE

Posting my award winning deviled egg recipe. No mayonnaise! Once you make these you will never make any other way.

II. Deviled Eggs:




INGREDIENTS:
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
3 - 5 Heaping Tbsp Best Foods Mayonnaise
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Course Ground Pepper
Garnish - Paprika


METHOD:
1. Hard boil your eggs and let cool.  
TIP: Add eggs to pot filled with water and then bring your water to a boil and turn off. This seems to eliminate that green egg ring you often see.  
2. Cut your eggs in half length wise
3. Scoop the yolk into a bowl and set the whites aside in your serving plate.  
4 Smash the yolks with a spoon until completely broken up.  
5. Add 1/4 of the Dijon Mustard
6. Add 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise 
7. Pepper to taste
8. Mix well - Add more Dijon or Mayo to taste
9. Using two teaspoons fill egg cavities with the egg mixture (one spoon to scoop filling and one to push into the egg hole
10. Top with Paprika and additional course ground pepper if desired. Delicious both warm and served from the refrigerator.
11. Enjoy.
