CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM

INGREDIENTS:

8-12 pieces of chicken (drumsticks) 

1 cup fresh cream 

1 1/2 cup mushroom 

1 tbsp chicken spice 

1 tsp paprika 

1 tbsp curry paste 

1 tbsp tomato paste 

1 tbsp oil 

1/4 cup chicken stock 

1/2 onion

1/2 red pepper

1 tbsp garlic (minced)

METHOD: 

1. In a pan add oil and brown your chicken on a medium heat for 5 minutes,remove chicken and set aside.

2. In the same pan add onion, garlic,curry paste,tomato paste,paprika,fresh cream,chicken spice and chicken stock cook for 5 minutes 

3. Add mushrooms and chicken pieces and coat in the creamy sauce and cook for 25 minutes on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
