CHICKEN & BELL PEPPER SHEET PAN, Here’s some sheer pan goodness for your next wrap. We eat like this a lot in my home, because it brings variety and the ability to try different combinations.

INGREDIENTS:
700g Chicken Breast
2 Red Bell Peppers
2 Yellow Bell Peppers
2 Green Bell Peppers
½ Red Onion
½ Tsp Chili flakes
2 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 220 C and spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking oil.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into slices and place them in a bowl, then prepare the bell peppers and red onion by cutting them into slices and put aside.
3. Add chili flakes, ground cumin, dried oregano, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil and mix with chicken, add bell peppers and onions to the bowl and mix together.
4. Toss bowl contents onto baking sheet, and place in oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Serving Suggestion
Serve as content for a wrap, we did a whole DIY table setting with additional fillings such as cheese, guacamole, Rosa tomatoes and sour cream.
