Two of the best desserts in one! Cheesecake brownies are my all time favorite dessert. So creamy, fudgy, moist and a perfect balance between CHEESECAKE and brownies.

INGREDIENTS:
|BROWNIES|
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup coco powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 yolk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

|CHEESECAKE TOPPING|
1 package cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl mix flour, coco powder and salt.
In another bowl add chocolate chips and butter and melt in the microwave.
With an electric mixer mix sugar and eggs for a couple minutes.
Add the melted butter and chocolate into the mixer.
Then add flour mix. Do not over mix.
Set aside 1/2 cup of the brownie batter.
Pour remaining batter into the greased baking dish.
With an electric mixer mix the cream cheese, pure vanilla extract, sugar and egg.
Add cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
Add dollops of the remaining brownie mix on top of the cheese cake mix and swirl together using a butter knife.
Bake for 30-35 minutes let completely cool.
