This recipe for meatballs with parmesan and tomato purée is one of my favorites. Great idea to prepare the perfect Italian dinner. "Bon Appetito"

Ingredients:
-10.6 oz/300 g Veal minced meat
-7 oz/200 g Pork mince
-1/2 small Onion
-1 clove Garlic
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/4 tsp Pepper
-1/4 tsp Paprika
-4 oz / 115 g Bread
-1 Egg
-1/2 cup /55 g Parmesan
-0.2 oz/5g Parsley
-2 tbsp Olive oil
For sauce
-1/2 small Onion
-1 clove Garlic
-1.4 Ib/635g Tomato purée
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/4 tsp Pepper
-1/8 tsp Sugar
-1/2 tsp Oregano
-1/2 tsp Basil
-1/4 cup Parmesan
-Parsley
METHOD:
Put the ground veal and pork in the bowl, chop the onion and garlic and add to the minced meat. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, bread crumbs, egg, parmesan, finely chopped parsley and mix well. Wet your hands with water and shape the meatballs into balls. Put olive oil in a pan and put the meatballs, hold for 5 minutes on all sides and remove from the pan. Chop the onion and garlic and keep in the pan for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato puree, salt, sugar, pepper, oregano, basil, stir and add the meatballs. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
