Flan De Vainilla my niece has requested I make for her. I used a Flan Mold to make it.🍮

First set your oven temp. to 350° degrees/ timer set for 1 hour cooking time (could take less time)

INGREDIENTS:

1 Can of Evaporated Milk

1 Can of Condensed Milk

3 Eggs

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla

1 Cup of white Sugar to Caramelize 






METHOD:

Stir your 1cup of sugar until it melts lowering the heat as it does to make sure not to burn it.

Pour that into your pan where you gonna bake your Flan and swirl it to cover entire bottom. 

Mix all your ingredients in the blender for a few minutes. Then pour it into your pan. 

Your going to put that Flan pan into a deep pan with water to sit it in. That's called Baño de María. Place both of them in the oven. 

Once your flan is ready wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Then take a butter knife/spatula going along on the side of the pan to help it separate. Grab a flat plate & place it on top of the Flan and flip it gently removing your flan pan off. Then place it in the refrigerator to chill for a little while.  Enjoy it after.
