My recipe: With this recipe you can make a 16inch ,or 2 x12 inch but lot thinner .

2 cups of white strong( bread flour.

Means high in gluten)flour ,half a tsp salt, half a tsp sugar.

Half a cup of warm water ,if in a small bowl put 5tbs of that warm water from the cup, then add 1tbs dried yeast ,half a tsp salt, half a tsp sugar ,mix the those 4 ingredients and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Then you see the yeast in the warm water will bubbles.

Then add to the flour and the remaining warm water add it gradually and mix the flour then you can see for yourself that if your adding water is enough then take it out of the bowl and put little of flour on your work top and knead it for 5 minutes.

Put 1tbs of olive oil in the bowl and rub it a bit on the dough as well .

Then cover the dough and let it to rest for 2 hours in a warm area. Take it out put little flour on the work top and open the dough how big or small you want but 16 inch will be the largest you can do .

For sauce  1tbs tomato puree, 1tbs olive oil,  pinch of salt ,pepper, oregano, sugar(of each ), and 1 clove of garlic finely grated.

Then you can apply on the pizza and put any toppings or as much as cheese you want .

Remember if you put too toppings and cheese, your pizza won't cook as good as it should but usually on 350f this pizza will be ready within 15 to 20 minutes.

If any one feels their oven maybe won't be able to do the justice.

You can also make your pizza dough then make your base first only for 3 to 5 minutes in the oven on 350f, before then let them to cool down then put your sauce and toppings.

Then put it the oven maybe only for 10 to 15 minutes on 350f.

May I suggest another facts of making pizza never put so much sauce or too much of a toppings.

Do remember that .

ENJOY.
