Really enjoyed this simple stew.
LAMB STEW RECIPE
INGREDIERTS:
1.5 to 1.8 kg Stewing Lamb
1 Large Chopped Onion
4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1 Small Butternut Cubed
1 Small Red, Yellow, Green Pepper Chopped
2 Mutton Cubes
2 Tbsp Lamb Spice or All Purpose Spice (Meaning Seven Colors or Butcher Spice or Six Gun)
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Rajah Mild & Spicy
1 Sachet Lamb & Rosemary Gravy
METHOD :
In a large pot, add lamb and two cups water.
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes
Add all spices then cook for another 30 minutes
Add all vegetables then allow to cook while stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
Mix Lamb & Rosemary Gravy with 200ml cold water, pour over lamb then simmer for another 15 minutes.
