They are so easy to prepare, healthy and suitable on the go breakfast or a nice afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oatmeal flour (I grounded steel cut oats using the food processor)
Flax egg (tbsp grounded flax seeds+2 tbsp water or plant milk)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup any plant milk (i used oats milk)
1/4 cup maple syrup or any other natural sweetener
2 mashed bananas
Chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla powder
METHOD:
1. In a large bowl, prepare the flax egg by adding one tbsp grounded flax seeds+ 2 tbsp water/ plant milk and let them for 2 minutes or until the water absorbed, making like a sticky texture.
2. Add the mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and vanilla and mix them good
3. Add oats flour, the baking soda and stir until combined, do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Scoop batter evenly into prepared muffin tin. Bake in preheated oven 180C for around 20-30 minutes or until set and the tops are slightly brown.
5. Enjoy!
