So I made fish with cornflakes & some without coz I don't know how to feel yet about eating it.

INGREDIENTS :
5 pieces or more of Cod fillets
2 cups of flour
3 eggs
salt & pepper
Cooking oil
5 cups of cornflakes crushed( super crushed)
Salt & Pepper
Cayenne, paprika, chilli powder
METHOD :
1). In 1 bowl, beat the eggs & add about 3tbs of flour to the eggs & whisk until smooth.
2). In another add the crushed cornflakes.
3). In another bowl add the rest of the flour, season it with cayenne, paprika, chilli powder, salt & pepper.
4). First dredge the fish in flour & shake of any excess flour, 2nd dip it in the egg mixture & lastly, coat the fish with the cornflakes on all side...Press the cornflakes into the fish to make sure they stick..
5). Place the fish on a rack or on on a oven tray lined with tin foil.
6). You can either, oven bake your fish or you can shallow fry it in a pan with cooking oil.
7). Enjoy your FISH WITH CORNFLAKES.
••Serve with tarta sauce, chips &/or peas••
