Roasted grilled quarter chicken and veggies.


Here's the recipe:

1. Marinate your 2 x quarter chicken pieces with the following mix :

1/4 cup full cream butter milk

1. 5 tbsp chicken spice

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp gurum masala

1 tsp Coriander

2. Cover the chicken pieces and leave it for atleast 1hour in the fridge.

3. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 - 60 minutes making sure you check and turn the chicken every 20 minutes (just to avoid burning and ensuring that the chicken cooks evenly).


Remove once cooked through and serve fresh from the oven


if you aren't serving it right away then consider wrapping in aluminum foil immediately after cooking - to keep it fresh and from drying up.
