Creamy Mushroom & Sun-dried Chicken

CREAMY MUSHROOM & SUN-DRIED CHICKEN.

INGREDIENTS:

12 to 14 Chicken Pieces 

50ml Cooking oil

100g Butter

3 Tbsp Pepper

1 Cup flour 

1 Large Onion

6 Garlic Clove

1 Small Tray Mushroom 

2 Cubes Chicken Stock

1 Tbsp Dried Parsley 

1 Tbsp Curry Powder

1 Tbsp Nutmeg 

1 Tbsp Cumin

2 Tbsp All Purpose Spice 

1 Tbsp Paprika 

250ml Water

250ml Fresh Cream





METHOD : 

Chop all vegetables and set aside 

Lightly coat chicken pieces with flour and pepper mixture.

In a pan heat oil over medium to high heat 4/6 then brown chicken pieces.

Once both sides are browned remove chicken then in a large pot add 50ml cooking oil and butter.

Once it starts heating add onions and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add garlic and continue frying for another minute.

Add in mushrooms followed by all your spices.

Reduce heat to medium 3/6

Add sun-dried tomatoes, water then chicken.

Gently stir chicken to coat with vegetables & spices.

Cover with lid and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Now add fresh cream, stir then simmer for a further.
