This hake wouldn't have been what it was if it wasn't for some of you taking time to recommend I honestly enjoy learning from you too
Anyways,
Here's the super easy straight forward recipe for the hake:

INGREDIENTS:
°Fresh and cleaned hake
°Exotic fish spice (I used about 1.5 tbsp for 3 medium hakes- note that this specific hake spice is too salty so a little goes a long way. Alternatively you can add a bit of flour to your spice to reduce the salt effect)
°Olive oil (I used coconut oil. You can use any cooking oil)

METHOD:
1. Brush your hake with oil on both sides
2. Rub in your spice
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 70°c for about 30mins
Done.
CHICKEN STIR FRY:
INGREDIENTS:
°1 large chicken breast strips (you can add more if you want for more meat)
°About 150g broccoli (or more)
°A handful of green beans
°1 medium sized carrots peeled and chopped to your preference
°1/2 a medium Red onion-thinly sliced
°1/4 of a large red bell pepper (you can use any)
°Oil for cooking. I used 1 tbsp coconut oil (you can use olive or vegetable/cooking oil).
°Cooked spaghetti
SEASONINGS:
°2 tsp Chicken spice (you can use salt)
°1 tsp oregano
°1/2 tsp basil
°1 tsp smoked paprika
°1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
METHOD:
1. Season your chicken strips with the chicken spice and let it set for 30min.
2. In a non sticky pan with heated oil, add your chicken and cook till its lightly browned and fully cooked (medium cooked).
Remove from heat and put in a separate bowl.
3. In the same pan, add onions, your spices /herbs and fry for a minute or so till they are translucent.
4. Then add the rest of your stir fry veggies and your Worcestershire sauce. Braise the stir fry till your veggies are cooked to your liking (I like mine a little crisp). At this point you can either add salt or chicken spice for extra flavour.
5. Then add back your chicken strips along with cooked spaghetti. Iused about 2 handfuls of spaghetti.
You can adjust as you please.
Mix properly and Let it all cook on low heat for about 2-5 minutes and then remove from heat.Stir fry ready.
Serve with hake and enjoy with your favorite sauces.
*Igarnished mined with some sesame seeds and drizzled my favourite garlic ginger sesame flavored soy sauce.
