Super Moist Chocolate Cake



Here it is my lovelies! The most requested Super Moist Chocolate Cake and this time there's no need to bake it. Enjoy the rich and luscious Chocolate Cake...

Here's what you'll need:

Cake:

2 eggs

1 cup sugar (200g)

1/2 cup oil (109g)

1/2 cup milk (123g) (you can use evap, uht or fresh milk)

1 tsp vanilla (5g)

1 cup condensed milk (300g)

1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour (220g)

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (i used Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder) (70g)

1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder (8g)

1/2 tsp baking soda (3g)

1 tsp salt  (5g)

1 cup boiling hot water (200g)

 

Chocolate Frosting to coat the cake:

230 grams chocolate (you can use milk chocolate or dark chocolate)

500 grams (or 2 and 1/2 cup heavy cream, should be more than 35% fat)

-If ever you encountered a melted frosting, just pop it in the freezer and whip again. 

Chocolate Ganache for cake drip:

75 grams chocolate

75 grams double cream (hot but not boiling)

-Another method of making the ganache is You can heat the cream in the sauce pan and add the chocolate until it's melted.
