Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups of purpose flour
- 1 cup of warm milk
- ¾ cup of honey
- ¼ cup of butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon of rapid rise yeast
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of molasses
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- Salt
Directions:
- Stir the milk with yeast and sugar in a small bowl then let them sit for 5 min.
- Add to them the melted butter with molasses, 1 ¼ cup of flour and a pinch of salt then knead them until you get a soft dough.
- Allow the dough to rest for 2 min then add to it the coffee with the remaining flour, cocoa powder and honey.
- Knead the dough until it becomes soft again for 4 to 5 min then allow it to rest for 5 min.
- Cut the dough into 12 pieces then fit them in a lined up instant pot.
- Put on the lid and cook the bread for 1 h 30 min.
- Once the time is up, use the quick method to release the pressure.
- Serve your bread and enjoy.
